Martin Thunder is a Template:Artifact weapon which currently can be found on information sites such as Thottbot and Allakhazam. The item along with [Ashbringer] has been linked in trade channels during early days of World of Warcraft; however, such an activities have died down since now servers would disconnect players if they attempt to link items that have not yet dropped in their realm.
Given its description, the weapon is likely a weapon used by Blizzard for testing purposes. It is possible that Game Master can spawn such an item, although given their job it is unlikely they would need a weapon.
