Master Klem^{[36.2, 71]}

is one of the leaders of the Twilight's Hammer clan stationed at the Twilight Citadel in the Twilight Highlands. He can be found pacing inside a large pit, very close to where the bodies of many red dragons can be found. He is one of three cultists hoping to transform into an elemental ascendant, twisted humanoids granted incredible elemental powers.
