Master Li Fei is the protector of Huo, the ancient spirit of fire. He makes his first appearance within the Cave of Meditation^{[57.8, 35.3]}

, guiding Aysa Cloudsinger in the quest to find Huo. Players next encounter him on the Wandering Isle within the Shrine of Inner-Light^{[41.7, 25.2]}

. He serves as a quest giver here, challenging players before opening the way to Huo.

When players duel him is when he has his increased health pool and appears red.
