Master Tactician is a tier-8 talent in the Hunter Survival Tree. Your ranged attacks gain a 6% chance to increase your critical strike chance with all attacks by 2-10% for 8 seconds.

Notes

This is an unreliable, but useful way to increase the hunter's crit chance. Survival gives up some DPS potential for control (much like a frost Mage), but this makes up for it. To get the most out of this talent, one needs a fast weapon, frequent use of instant attacks, and an item/buff that affects their haste.
