• The Ghoul summoned by your Raise Dead spell is considered a pet under your control. Unlike normal Death Knight Ghouls, your pet does not have a limited duration.

Master of Ghouls is a passive death knight ability learned at level 55 for death knights with the unholy specialization.

Patch changes

• / Patch 4.0.1 (12-Oct-2010): Changed from a tier 6 talent to a passive specialization for Unholy death knights. Now also reduces cooldown of Raise Dead by 60 sec. 
  
• Patch 3.3.0 (08-Dec-2009): Tooltip typo corrected. 
  
• Patch 3.1.0 (14-Apr-2009): Now also reduces the cooldown on Raise Dead by 60 sec. This talent now requires at least 25 points in the Unholy tree, and has Night of the Dead as a prerequisite.
