was an insane Twilight's Hammer clan researcher who was known as High Cultist Maziel. He was researching the properties of quicksilver and mercurial oozes. Apparently he figured out a way to transform himself into a pure quicksilver elemental and now resides in a deep cave within the Lower Silvermarsh in Deepholm.
