Meditation is a tier 3 talent which allows mana regeneration to continue while casting.

Tips and tactics
In PvE, this talent is essential for Holy Priests and useful for Shadow Priests in weaker gear. By allowing 50% of regular mana regen to occur while casting, it enables the priest to cast far more spells during a fight.
Patch changes
- Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Have changed location with Improved Power Word: Shield. Now grants 17/33/50% of mana regeneration while casting.
- Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): Increased to 10/20/30% mana regeneration.
