Meglette is a human that can be found within the Path of Serenity^{[74.4, 60.8]}

within the top floor of the Shrine of Seven Stars^{[86, 63]}

in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. She wanders into the room from the Imperial Exchange.

Similar to city guards, she will offer directions to various points of interest to those in need of directions.
