Mei Blackbrow is the son of Rin Blackbrow and Gladecaster Lang. He can be found within New Cifera^{[61.2, 33.4]}

in the Valley of the Four Winds, where he chases his brother, Lo around the central statue. His mother and father can be found nearby.
