Melisara is a level 25 quest giver located in Tarren Mill in the contested territory of Hillsbrad Foothills. She directs Forsaken agents to take back the Crown of Will from Mug'thol the ogre, a former subordinate of the Forsaken who gained free will after taken the Crown for himself.
