Mental Quickness is a Shaman passive talent that reduces the mana cost of instant cast spells by {2/4/6%} and increases spell power by {10/20/30%} of your attack power.

- Mental Quickness affects totems, shocks, and other spells such as Bloodlust or Heroism.
Patch changes
Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): Have switched position with Static Shock in the talent tree.
Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): Reduces the mana cost of instant cast Shaman spells by 2/4/6% and increases spell power by an amount equal to 10/20/30% of your attack power.
Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): Now also increases spell damage and healing equal to 10/20/30% of your attack power.
