The Merchant Marines is an organization in charge of both the merchant ships' and merchants' comings and goings. When the murlocs were bothering merchants on the road connecting to Menethil Harbor, Karl Boran helped make a contract between the Merchant Marines and adventurers to bring back [Gobbler's Head].^[1] When the ship Blind Princess had its cargo stolen, Karl Boran sent adventurers to recover the stolen goods for the ship's captain.^[2][3][4][5] It is likely a Merchant Navy.
