Tallonkai's Jewel is obtained by snapping it out of the [Gnarlpine Necklace] that Ferocitas the Dream Eater drops. Both are quest items only with no other value. It is possible to obtain an excess one that is useless by creating one Tallonkai's Jewel from the necklace, then killing Ferocitas the Dream Eater again and harvesting a second necklace.
