Michael Schweitzer is the manager of Level 80 Elite Tauren Chieftain. He is a Forsaken. His friend,  Steven Thomas, has come to visit him while he is in Silvermoon City with the band and organizing the band's latest tour. He is found at the Walk of Elders^{[76.7, 79.5]}

with his roadie troll,  Roitau.

He can also be found on Darkmoon Island when the Darkmoon Faire is active, standing near the stage the band plays on near the waterfront.
