The Micro Menu is the middle part (to right of default Action Bar and left of bag slots) of the Interface Bar at the bottom of the screen that contains standard buttons to access the following:

	Character Info window (sometimes called the "paper doll")
	Abilities/Skills/Spellbook window
	Talent window
	Quest Log
	Socials window (Friends List, Ignore List, Who List, Guild List, Raid List)
	LFG/LFM window (which was the World Map) on the old version)
	Options window (Graphics, Sound, Interface, Key Bindings, Macros, Logout, Exit)
	Report for making Game Master tickets
	Latency status bar (shows connection latency in milliseconds)

In Wrath of the Lich King

This section concerns content exclusive to Wrath of the Lich King.

New beta version of the micro menu

The latency status bar seems to be missing in the beta, so far. Achievements icon added and a PvP icon that looks like faction icon (A Alliance or H Horde).

Achievements window (includes Stats tab)

Patch 3.0.2, Oct 14, 2008, (prior to WotLK release) introduced the new WotLK format Micro Menu. The latency information is available by mousing over the options icon (the PC with the blue screen).
