Mind Mastery is a mage talent that increases spell damage by a percentage of the mage's intellect - 3% per rank up to 15% at max rank. This talent includes intellect from gear, buffs and other talents, such as Arcane Mind. For most high level mages, the amount of spell damage gained from this talent is significant.
