Miniwing is a Companion obtained from the quest 
[65] Skywing in Terokkar Forest.
Note
During Patch 2.4.3, Miniwing was level 96. It is possible that Blizzard intended him to be level 69 and made a typo in the programming. As of Patch 3.0.2, Miniwing has reverted to level 1 in the new companion system.
