[60] The Finest Down which starts with Mirren Longbeard at a small camp south of Dustquill Ravine in Hellfire Peninsula.

The hat can produce 3 types of drinks:
- [Stouthammer Lite] - Restores 2934 mana over 30 seconds, equivalent to [Morning Glory Dew]
- [Aerie Peak Pale Ale] - A strong alcoholic beverage
- [Loch Modan Lager] - An extremely potent alcoholic beverage
