Mishi is a cloud serpent found hovering at the entrance to the lower floor of the Summer Terrace at the Shrine of Seven Stars^{[86, 63]}

and the Golden Terrace at the Shrine of Two Moons^{[61, 19]}

in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. He can also be found in various other zones.

For the below quest, he carries players to the Seat of Knowledge above Mogu'shan Palace.
