The Mistwhisper tribe^[1] is a part of the gorloc faction called the Oracles who live in Sholazar Basin. Their main settlement is called Mistwhisper Refuge.

Their leader may be Mistcaller Soo-gan as he is the only named NPC at Mistwhisper Refuge.
