Mizzle the Crafty can be found current Gordok throneroom in Dire Maul. Only if King Gordok is killed, will Cho'Rush the Observer yell that the king is dead and call for Mizzle. Mizzle will then confirm the king's death. Talking to him will give the party the King of the Gordok (de)buff. Further dialog options will cause him to spawn the Gordok Tribute Chest.

Buff: "King of the Gordok": You are the king of the Gordok ogres! It's good to be the king...
