Mo'grosh Stronghold is a set of ogre-infested caves located in northeastern Loch Modan. The ogres number several shamans, enforcers, and brutes, ranging from level 18-20. Adventurers come here seeking to eradicate these dangerous enemies of the kingdom, and the most ambitious even attempt to claim the head of the ogres' leader, Chok'sul. As of Patch 2.3 these ogres are no longer elite.

Judging from the ruins in the area, it is likely that the stronghold was a troll settlement at one time, though whether the ogres drove the trolls out or the trolls had left long before, leaving the land open for the ogres to move in, is unknown.

• Patch 1.3.0 (2005-03-07): Players will no longer become stuck near the entrance to an ogre mound in the Mo'Grosh Stronghold in Loch Modan.
