Mojodishu is one of two vendors that come preloaded with a three person mammoth mount, the [Traveler's Tundra Mammoth]. She can repair as well as sell reagents. Users can interact with her so long as he is still mounted on the mammoth. You do not need to be in a group with the player to interact with the mount NPC's.
