Momma Said Knock You Out is an end game raid achievement. Completing this achievement is criteria for the meta achievement  [Glory of the Raider (10 player)].

You'll need to either kite her between two taunting tanks using cooldowns, or burn her hard while the healers attempt to keep the tank alive through ~20k melee hits. For a Naxx-10 geared tank, this encounter is fairly easy; She {{mob| only melee you for around ~15k at the worst. Save all your defensive cooldowns for the frenzy. DPS should save all cooldowns for the frenzy as well. Bloodlust/Heroism is especially useful here.
