[Dazzling Dark Jade] requires 350 Jewelcrafting skill, and requires a 
[Simple Grinder].

Gem Perfection is an ability learned from the 
[70] Gem Perfection quest, and causes attempts to craft particular socketable gem types (Northrend uncommon gems) to result in an improved ('perfect') version of that type of gem.
