Patch changes

• Patch 3.0.3 (04-Nov-2008): Reduced from 5 ranks to 3 ranks.

Now increases all Nature and Arcane damage, and the critical strike damage too, Vengeance talent removed. 

• Patch 1.8.0 (10-Oct-2005): Now Affects Wrath. 10% damage increment now applied After the spell power.
