Mosshide Fen is a region in the eastern part of the Wetlands which has fallen under control of the Mosshide tribe of gnolls. Several of their camps dot the landscape, and their vicious leader Gnawbone commands his tribe to capture and eat any adventurers that they spot who are stalking through the marshlands looking for [Dwarven Tinder].

In Cataclysm

The area has been largely flooded due to the destruction of the Stonewrought Dam in Loch Modan with most of the Gnoll camps wiped out. The Gnoll camp closest to Dun Algaz has been taken over by Silty Oozelings, with a Dwarven camp established nearby called Slabchisel's Survey. New mobs in this area include the Flood Elemental and Displaced Threshadon.^[1]
