This item drops primarily from Bog Lords in Zangarmarsh and the instances of Coilfang Reservoir. It often loots from Outland herbs.
Herbalists can no longer gather these from the corpses of Bog Lords. Instead, herbs (possibly including the expensive Fel Lotus) occasionally can be gathered from the corpses.
Engineers can no longer extract this item from Swamp Gas clouds in Zangarmarsh with a [Zapthrottle Mote Extractor]; those clouds yield Mote of Water instead.
