Mountaineer Pebblebitty is a level 44 quest giver located in the Valley of Kings in the dwarven territory of Loch Modan. Her axe is stuck in a horn of Margol the Rager.

She will respond appropriately to a /rude emote by saying "Keep it up, name, and I'll beat some manners into you."
