Mountaineer Thalos is a level 15 quest giver located at the Coldridge Valley entrance to Coldridge Pass in the Dwarven starting zone of Dun Morogh.
Thalos is tasked with warning off travellers who wish to cross through Coldridge Pass due to the Trogg infestation. He directs those on business important enough to hazard these dangers to the next Dwarven town on the road, Kharanos.
He starts the quest 
[5] Senir's Observations (2), in which those in possesion of Grelin's Report are directed towards Kharanos and ultimately Senir Whitebeard.
