Mountaineer Thalos is a level 15 quest giver located in Coldridge Pass in the dwarven starting zone of Dun Morogh.
Thalos is tasked with warning off travellers who wish to cross through Coldridge Pass due to the Trogg infestation. He guides those who are brave or foolish enough to go on towards Kharanos.
He starts the quest 
[5] Senir's Observations (2), in which those in possesion of Grelin's Report are directed towards Kharanos and ultimately Senir Whitebeard.
