The Mountains of Flame are a mountain range in northern Hellfire Peninsula in Outland. It is near where the Black Citadel was located.

In Warcraft III the Black Citadel was in Hellfire Peninsula. It was later confirmed that it is one and the same with Black Temple now in Shadowmoon Valley as seen in World of Warcraft. Some speculate the Mountains of Flame could be whats now known as the Hand Of Gul'dan, just with a similar name and location change.
