When fishing from Highland Mixed Schools in Terokkar Forest, there is approximately a 0.2% chance that you will catch [Mr. Pinchy], a rare magical crawdad that will grant you three random wishes on a 2 day cooldown. Mr. Pinchy's Gift is the result of one of these wishes, which contains up to 5 [Super Healing Potion] and 5 [Super Mana Potion].
Notes
If your inventory is full when you get Mr. Pinchy's Gift, you will receive it in the mail with a letter that reads "So, Mr. Pinchy grants you a gift and you throw it away like garbage eh? Well, you HAVE to take it! But don't think Mr. Pinchy didn't notice. Mr. Pinchy will have his revenge! When you least expect it..."
