She offers information to travelers and adventurers on how to receive a [Competitor's Tabard] like the one she is wearing and how to gain the favor of a [Spirit of Competition]. Muja stockpiles souvenirs "from such turbulent times" and if you are able to tell her a secret code, she will be able to reward you with a Competitor's Souvenir.
