This vanity item can be purchased from Varlan Highbough within the Molten Front after completing Calling the Ancients. Using it will summon a variety of small critters to you, as well as a host of butterflies, music notes, and bubbles, while the ground beneath you yields grass and flowers. The effect lasts for only about a minute.
