The Mysterious Unhatched Egg is a gray quality item dropped from level 50-59 birds and certain owlkin. They can be found in Winterspring, Badlands, Deadwind Pass, Azshara, Felwood, Blasted Lands, and Western Plaguelands. They are not known to have any use, though they are the subject of several online rumors. These sell for 19s and may be profitable to sell in the AH, despite their apparent uselessness.
