The pattern [Pattern: Mystic Spellthread] is sold by Quartermaster Enuril from The Scryers in Shattrath City and requires Honored reputation to purchase. Level 335 Tailoring is required to make it. While the pattern is BoP, the spellthread is not and can therefore be traded. Character level 60 is required to apply the spellthread on leg armor.
