• Do not attempt to engage Myzerian until after completing Shroud of the Makers: when first encountered, Myzerian will have a buff on him that regenerates health so quickly he cannot be killed; when next seen, he can be brought down to 1 hp, but cannot be killed. Only after the quest is complete will he not only be able to be killed, but will not have the health-regenerating buff.
