The Goroscream Forces is a militia created by the troll hunter Guénon to fight the Scourge in the name of the Horde.
Initially, it was called Guénon's Forces, and was dedicated to free Borean Tundra from Kel'Thuzad's presence and his undead legions, but the militia almost met demise.
After a strong and hard work from it's surviving members, the militia was reborn, with new members, and now dedicates itself to aid the Horde independent of the Warchief's orders.
Members
Memberships is composed mostly by Horde races, with exception of Tauren, because of the Goroscream's new philosophy post-ressurection of not obeying the Warchief's will.
Former members
- Horde Adventurers - Several Horde adventurers supported Guénon against Kel'Thuzad, after the battle, all of these adventurers who gave aid to Guénon died.
- House of Barov - The Forsaken half of the Barov Family left the Goroscream when Garrosh Hellscream, acting Warchief of the Horde, removed the militia from the faction. Some servants were allowed to remain and then became official members of the Goroscream, creating the Battle Peasants.
- Tauren - Every sort of Tauren whom supported the Goroscream in some way, stopped their aid after hearing of the militia's new way to think.
New members
- Fel Orcs - After Kortoh Stripribs joined the Goroscream's ranks, several Fel Orcs at Outland seeking to redeem themselves with the Horde joined the Goroscream.
- Cargos Pack - The Cargos Pack of Worgen, led by the undead death knight, Marf Saintangel. They were originally members of the Scourge, but left it after an Alliance-Horde assault at their base at Grizzly Hills. Marf united the Worgen there and escaped, rejected by the Alliance because of their undead leader, and by the Horde for their worgen members, the Cargos found their shelter within' the ranks of the Gorescream.
- Teuzin's Buccaneers - This group of Goblin pirates is led by the shaman Captain Teuzin. Teuzin was one of Marf's best friends when he was still alive. In one of his many battles, Teuzim came across a rival pirate faction and both engaged into combat, it seemed that Teuzin would triumph but a tsunami sank both ships. The surviving members of Teuzin's Buccaneers, including Teuzin himself, were found surrounded by Scourge zombies at the Western Plaguelands. They were in seriously outnumbered and doom seemed imminent, that was when Marf and his Worgen came to the goblins' rescue, after defeating the Scourge and reuniting with his best friend, Teuzin decided to join the Goroscream, for he "loved the idea of pirates fighting zombies".
