Narain Soothfancyedit

Narain Soothfancy is a level 45 quest giver residing just north of Steamwheedle Port in Tanaris ^{[65.3, 18.6]}. He is the main quest giver for the  [Blue Scepter Shard] fork of  [The Scepter of the Shifting Sands] quest chain.

Since Patch 2.0.3 Narain will tell you to read the book on the table in his house. Reading it will allow you to re-learn either Dragonscale, Elemental or Tribal leatherworking if you have removed your specialization.

He was rescued by   Meridith the Mermaiden a while ago, when his flying machine crashed near Land's End Beach. She then has fallen in an unrequited love with him.

Trivia

After he has spoken about tradeskills, it says that he points over to a book called "Soothsaying for Dummies" which is a reference to the "For Dummies" series, as is the "Draconic for Dummies" book involved in the quest chain.
