Context

Anasterian Sunstrider was the High King of Quel'Thalas and father of Kael'thas Sunstrider. Anasterian seems to be expressing doubt here, as Kael'thas' allegiance was split between his people (and the prospects of becoming King when Anasterian died or stepped down) and the Kirin Tor of Dalaran, where the Prince was a member of the Council of Six.
