King Phaoris is the racial leader of the Ramkahen and located in the town of Ramkahen in Uldum. He and his people fight against a faction of Tol'vir allied with Al'akir and Deathwing. With his army and aid of adventurers, his people manage to invade and capture the enemy controlled Neferset City and in the process becomes the undisputed ruler of Uldum.
