Naturalist is a talent in the second tier of the druid Restoration tree. It reduces the casting time of the [Healing Touch] spell and increases all physical damage dealt in all forms. As it greatly increases physical damage dealt, it is a very powerful talent for Feral druids, despite being in the Restoration tree.

Notes

• By reducing the casting time without affecting the amount healed, this talent significantly increases the healing done per second when casting Healing Touch.
• This talent has no effect on Healing Touch when it is cast together with [Nature's Swiftness].

Tips and tactics

• As Healing Touch sees fairly little use in endgame healing, most Restoration druids do not feel that this talent is worth the points at higher levels. It is however a useful talent for a leveling Restoration druid, as it increases damage done in addition to improving your healing, providing a significant bonus even outside of groups. With access to dual talent specializations at higher levels, this becomes less of an issue.
