Neevil is a legendary goblin inventor. However he seems to be more famous for the number of devices attributed to him, many of which he denies having ever invented. He denies having any interest in techno-magical combinations, devices that combine magic and technology. Yet it seems all the devices claimed to be his, all are techno-magical in nature. Neevil' bombs" are an example of a weapon Neevil denies having invented.^[1]
