Nespirah Fluids are ooze-like creatures found sliding along the inside of Nespirah^{[51.6, 48.2]}

in the Shimmering Expanse. When killed, they give the below buff, which may be helpful when fighting the mobs in the area, including Overseer Idra'kess.
