This item is skinned from nether dragons in Blade's Edge Mountains and Netherstorm in Outland. It can also be skinned from the Enslaved Netherwing Drakes of Dragonmaw Fortress in Shadowmoon Valley. You must be at war with the Netherwing to skin the dragons in Blade's Edge Mountains (your rep will not be lowered by killing them).
