Netherbloom is found in Netherstorm and The Botanica. It is generally found out in the open. Requires 350 Herbalism to gather.

Gathering a Netherbloom will have a chance to grant a +50 a random stat for 15 minutes. The effect is called "Netherbloom Pollen".
Gathering a Netherbloom will occasionally yield between one and three Motes of Mana in addition to the herb.
Netherbloom is sold by Dealer Sadaqat in a limited supply (3) in the Netherstorm.
If you watch it long enough you will see it eat the little glowing speck that flies around it.
Patch 2.1.0 (2007-05-22): Netherbloom no longer causes negative effects, although the positive effects happen less frequently. Additionally, the effects will not replace one another.
