Use the Netherweave Net to capture a target! It can be tailored by having the requisite pattern as well as 3x [Netherweave Cloth].
The pattern can be trained from a Timbermaw Hold NPC once Friendly reputation has been attained, though it can also be learned at 300 skill from Hama in Honor Hold, and from Dalinna in Thrallmar.
