New Cifera^{[61.2, 33.4]}

is the small town located at the base of the Pools of Purity in the Valley of the Four Winds. The town is responsible for sorting and shipping the lotus flowers from the pools throughout Pandaria. Nearby is the large glade, the Gilded Fan, and in the center of the town is the Waterspeakers shrine.
