Nexus-Prince Razaan is the third Nexus-Prince in Outland (the others being Nexus-Prince Haramad of the Consortium and Nexus-Prince Shaffar in the Mana-Tombs of Auchindoun). He runs an operation in the Blade's Edge Mountains involving the collection of souls. Killing him and stealing his Collection of Souls is the objective of the quest
