Night Dragon's Breath is a special consumable from the plants of Felwood.

Night Dragon's Breath can be collected from using 
[Cenarion Plant Salve] on Corrupted Night Dragon (produces Cleansed Night Dragon) in Felwood. There are 4 Spots where the plants can be found: [1].
In order to get this plant you must finish Cleansing Felwood (obtainable at level 48). For Horde its at Maybess Riverbreeze (47,83); for Alliance its Arathandris Silversky (54, 86).
The quest requires you to get Blood Amber from elementals in Northern Felwood, they should drop every time. The elementals are around 52-55.
After you recieve 15 of these Blood Ambers, return to either quest giver and they will have another quest after you turn in called Salve Via Hunting, this quest requires you to get 6 corrupted soul shards. (I found these to drop much easier off of the Jaedenar around 39,59.)
From Salve Via Hunting for each 6 corrupted soul shards you turn in you get 2 Salves that you need to use on the plant. (The plant requires 4 of these salves, or 12 corrupted shards.)

Notes
- You get 3 - 7 Night Dragon's Breath from one plant.
- Shares a cooldown with
[Whipper Root Tuber], Healthstones and many other items.
- While Night Dragon's Breath doesn't restore much health or mana for a level 60 character, it does not share a cooldown with potions, making it a useful supplement, especially for raiding.
